Our salary pay structure means there is no guess work in what you will be taking home. You can budget your costs based on a consistent fixed income, regardless of miles travelled. Traffic delays, bad weather, equipment breakdowns, lay-overs, etc.. are no longer a factor you need to worry about. Your pay will not be affected. Furthermore, you no longer have the financial pressure that can influence your decision to drive when the situation or environment may warrant you to park your truck.
Our salary pay structure also includes guaranteed salary increases throughout your first 5 years of service based on your number of incidents. If you are a driver with no incidents, you will be guaranteed a $2,000 raise each year. That is a $10,000 pay increase within 5 years of service.
We also provide a health spending account to each employee. This account gives you after-tax-dollars for anything that is health related (except a gym membership). You do not have to pay into the plan. You are not limited to the number of times you use it. Your expenses are covered for the full amount, not only a portion. The spending account also increases with your years of service. If you are one of those people who doesn't have any health-related expenses, you can dedicate your funds to an RRSP after three years of service.
Our strong customer base is located in very strategic lanes between Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver that allows us to get you home every weekend. On a typical week, you will start your work week on Sunday evening and end your week on Friday afternoon. This allows you to plan your weekend getaways or family get togethers well in advance.
We also provide you with 2 weeks paid vacation. Drivers with seniority will also received paid time off over the Christmas holidays. We strongly encourage you to take your time off from work and enjoy your much-deserved time away. You will not be frowned upon or made to feel guilty.
We take great pride in offering our drivers dedicated equipment. You will operate the same truck and trailer every day. This allows you to set up your tools and supplies as you prefer and take pride in your equipment. No one will know your equipment better then you, and who better to know when a maintenance issue arises.
All our equipment is inspected every 90 days and repaired on a regular basis to minimize breakdowns and delays.
All our trucks are 2018/2019 models equipped with fridges, inverters, and cab heaters.
All our trailers are late model flatbeds with either a Curtainside or Roll-Tite system. This eliminates the need for tarping. You will not need to climb a load and risk falling or strain your back while rolling and carrying heavy tarps.
Our business model is based on solving common driver challenges, and we also believe that these challenges are what lead to unsafe practices.

Our safety program is also ever evolving to help insure best practices and safe procedures are shared and discussed with all members of our team. Professional development is ongoing for all drivers with a review of all policies and procedures every 3 years.
